Erietta Vordoni was born in Athens. She studied under Moralis, and graduated with the highest honors from the Athens School of Fine Arts. She continued her studies at the ΄Εcole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris under Kremonini and Cesar, where the French Ministry of Culture granted her an atelier for life. E. Vordoni lives and works in Athens.
Erietta Vordoni has done numerous solo and group exhibitions since 1984 on a yearly basis in Greece, Cyprus and abroad in Switcherland, Italy, the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Australia, Canada, Israel Beirut, China and the USA. Her latest solo exhibition is called «About Felicity” (Athens 2016).
She has received awards by the School of Fine Arts(1981), the Greek Ministry of Culture(1982), the National Museum of Monte Carlo (1984), the Salon de Montrouge (1997).
Erietta Vordoni’s work can be found in pubic collections and museums like the Museum of Modern Art (Nice, France) the Vorres Museum (Athens, Greece), the Queen’s Museum (New York) and others. Her installations adorn public spaces in Athens.
